Ammunition and hire of firearms.
Any air charter fares (International and/or Local).
Alcohol and tobacco.
Customs duty on ammunition.
Safari License and Firearm import permit US $550 per hunter.
Bird License compulsory for all hunters US $120.
Observer fees US $250 per person per day.
Change of area fee US $1000 per hunter.
Ground transfer fee: Lusaka - Tondwa, Lusaka - Bangweulu, or Mfuwe - Chanjusi; US $500 per vehicle.
Lusaka hotel accommodations before, during or after the safari.
Gratuities for camp staff and PH.
Zambian Entry Visa: approximately US $25.00.
Airport departure tax: US $20.00.
Overweight charges on luggage.
Dipping and packing charges of trophies.
Air freight of trophies and shipping agent handling charges. Local Zambian agent charges US $200 per consignment. All shipping agent and air freight fees for trophy export are the responsibility of the client.
All insurance costs: Personal liability insurance and Trophy shipment insurance are the responsibility of the client.
