Personal Insurance: Personal liability is the responsibility of the client in all aspects, and no responsibility for loss of life or limb, or property, is accepted by Muchinga Adventures Ltd. and it's employees. In addition, no liability is accepted by John Du Plooy or any Company employee for damage or loss to property or person.
Trophy Insurance: Insurance for trophy export is the responsibility of the client. Once sealed in good condition by the Government Veterinary Department, and delivered to the Shipping Agent, the trophies are no longer the responsibility of Muchinga Adventures Ltd. and it's employees.
